In addition to managing her private practice, she has served as a flight nurse with Air Methods for the past 14 years, delivering life-saving medevac services to critically ill and injured patients across the region.
Alongside her flight nursing and aesthetic practice, Shawna also conducts veteran examinations for the United States Department of Veterans Affairs, supporting a large veteran population through evaluations and healthcare services that assist former service members in accessing necessary care and benefits.
Shawna began her nursing career in 2005 after earning her Registered Nursing Degree from Clovis Community College. Driven by a commitment to continued growth and advanced clinical expertise, she later completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree from Post University in 2021 before earning her Master of Science Degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Purdue University in February 2025.
